i ordered this cartier watch from amazon. when i opened the box the watch was scratched. i informed them of this and they told me to send it back and they would give me a refund. they sent it back to me and accused me of wearing it and doing the damage. they hide behind their return policy on jewellery., so if you get a damaged watch from them or if one of their so called inspectors do not do their job then be prepared to loose all your money
