The label was set up by Italian designer Massimo Osti in 1982 as a secondary line or diffusion collection of his main C.P Company label. The brand was remarkable for specialising in surface treatment of fabrics and dyeing techniques. The original designer was Massimo Osti, famous for the unique use of innovative fabric, coupled with functional design, first in outerwear and then evolving into the complete collection of today. The brand owes it’s continued success to research and innovation both in the construction and details of finished garments and in exclusive materials developed through collaboration with select fabric producers. The amazing fabric discoveries and developments are used by the designer Paul Harvey to create key pieces for Stone Island that become true collectors items.
