When returning your purchase you are strongly advised to obtain proof of posting and insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
PLEASE NOTE, to receive your order before the 25th December your order must be placed by 21st December if you require your order delivered to a USA, UK or Canadian address.
If you require your order delivered to France, Holland, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, Spain or Australia your order must be received by the 18th December.
For any other destination your order must be received by the 12th December to guarantee delivery before 25th December
Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict these charges
Once your package has been received by the handling agent, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 working days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Togged.
